For 50 years, Tanaka Power Equipment has been an industry leader and innovator in the development of lightweight high-performance engines — primarily for handheld lawn and garden equipment. In a co-branding effort with scooter manufacturer BladeZ, Tanaka has developed a line of powered gokarts, or “Powerkarts,” which incorporate their superior engines. Our design solution incorporates Tanaka’s signature orange product color in active, textural layouts that use visual keys such as flames and checkered flags to reference the high-performance of the product line.
